Michael Jack International is a global leadership non-profit organisation with its global headquarters in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. The organisation's mandated purpose is to train, equip and release potential leaders in Papua New Guinea and throughout the nations of the world, especially those that have been colonised by their former imperial masters. This organisation believes that in every person there is a potential for leadership, despite the latent misconception lying below the surface of the human heart. We desire that good, moral ethical and strong principled leadership be developed through this organisation to be able to be at the cutting edge of prolific private and public institutions making decisions contributing to the personal, social and economic developments in their nations. This is a mega challenge in which we believe we have the capacity and have accepted the responsibility to meet up to the demands at hand.
It is also the demand of the communities in our nation and even nations of the world for role-model leaders that has inspired the inception of this organisation. Our children need fathers who will lead them; our communities are in desperate need of leaders, our organisation’s and institutions are in immense need of leaders. Leadership and visionary leadership is the key to the future of any sovereign state. That truth holds the key to patriotism, a national sense of belonging or identity which must be ignited in the hearts of every nation for economic strength. Time to be bewildered under the powers of cohorts’ of economic powers will be addressed in every forums and seminars and training to restore pride, dignity, courage, self image and a national identity through time tested principled in our makers book called the bible. It is an inception of a powerful global uprising of leaders especially in the third world regions of our globe to take charge of their destiny.
